The Children’s Bereavement Center (CBC) Support Group
Facilitators from our Miami-Dade programs enjoyed an appreciation dinner
held last Thursday at Monty's in Coconut Grove.
During the school year our volunteers dedicate
themselves to a support group site for several hours each week as they
facilitate CBC grief support groups. Their dedication is vital to the
success of the program.
Our groups welcome grieving children, families, and individuals after
the death of a loved one. Volunteer Facilitators lead our grief support groups through various fun activities and games that promote sharing
and connecting our participants with each other and themselves.
Thank you to our CBC Volunteer Facilitators! We appreciate your dedication to the
Children’s Bereavement Center.
